It all starts with an honest conversation. This is where we listen to you. We get to know you and your style. We get a feel for your desires and we understand what is needed to bring your vision to life.
PHASE 2
CONCEPT
Development of the brief and movement towards a realistic concept with sketches, ideas and mood boards. You will be presented with strategic options that range from a literal interpretation of the brief to something a little more challenging. Again, we listen. We identify your likes and we move a step closer to the solution.
PHASE 3
LOOK BOOK
Here we develop the concept into a tangible scheme. This will allow you to understand and appreciate the proposal with a detailed look book. Our design solutions, curated by Studio Blake, will come to life through inspiration pieces, designs and samples.
PHASE 4
PLANNING & PREPARATION
At this stage you receive a full plan, prepared for tender. This is created in conjunction with structural engineers, architects and any other relevant parties. Whether you proceed to build with us or with someone else, you will be armed with everything you need to move forwards.
PHASE 5
BUILD & DELIVERY
This is the start of the build process. We work with trusted partners and suppliers to deliver your project exactly as you envisioned it. From procurement, through development and on to the final delivery of your project - we’re with you every step of the way.
